But when I run the cgminer with my pool parameters setted, the output never get accepted blocks. cgminer is an open source, command-line, cross-platform and free GPU/ASIC/FPGA multi-threaded, multi-pool Bitcoin miner written in the C programming language. I installed the cgminer on my raspberry pi B+ from this repository and my antminer U3 drivers as well. On Litebonk, another pool that I used to use until I realized that it's inefficient (8% stale shares) and has huge downtimes (sometimes up to 4 days in a row), difficulty remained pretty constant, and wasn't a power of 2. Fix an intermittent crash with the BFL SC 28nm devices. This question might be specific to give-me-coins. This isn't how it happens in all the pools I participate in, though. Miners can decide if they prefer to solo mine or to mine. What is happening? Also, when I accept shares before the difficulty change, the accepted share difficulty will be something/16, but after the change, it becomes something/128. Monero can be mined by both CPUs and GPUs, but the former is much more efficient. After around 30 seconds, though, the pool difficulty changes to 128 and my shares per minute drops to around 6 and remains there indefinitely. ![]() CGminer will grab something like 30 shares per minute while the pool difficulty is at 16. U3 is 50G then D = 50 * 2.Basically, when I launch CGminer, it starts with pool 0 difficulty at 16. Recommended difficulty is calculated as: D=H*2.3, H is the hashrate, G is unit.Į.g: S9 is 14T then D = 14000 2.3 = 32200, set to d=32200 For comparison, most mid-range miners are running around 5-600Kh/s, and if you run a mining tool on your Google Nexus 7 tablet or Nexus 4 cell phone you can get around 2Kh/s which is very close to what you're getting.
